We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Administration Officer to join the team at Juniper Korumup. Located just minutes from the beach, our new state of the art facility will provide person-centred care for up to 100 residents.

The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient administration service relating to the services we deliver to our residents; to act as first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the Korumup site, and ensure Juniper is represented professionally at all times.

This is a full-time position working 75 hours per a fortnight.


Key Responsibilities of this role:

  • First point of contact for incoming calls and all visitors to Juniper Korumup
  • Processing of accounts receivable and payable, placement of ereq purchase orders
  • Acting as a point of contact for resident enquiries and  referring these to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriate
  • General administration, such as preparation of resident agreements, filing, data entry, word processing, minute taking and photocopying
  • Input and maintenance of records in order to ensure that they meet both internal and external reporting requirements

 The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Aged care sector experience will be highly regarded
  • Be highly organised and possess the ability to multi-task
  • Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines
  • Excellent presentation
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Reliable and Punctual
