Juniper is looking for a Systems Analyst with exceptional customer service skills to join their newly restructured ICT Team.

As a Systems Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring that all business applications are configured in accordance with partners and industry best practices.

Critical to this role will be your ability to build positive working relationships with Subject Matter Experts across Juniper; ensuring applications are consistently well supported.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and manage small projects.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring the continuous operation and performance of key line-of-business applications
  • Assisting with implementation and upgrade, of a suite of applications, including testing and validating performance and quality
  • Ensuring all changes are communicated as per the ICT Governance Framework
  • Producing appropriate build, operational and project documentation
  • Facilitating ad-hoc business requests and give support to Subject Matter Experts

Knowledge, Experience and Skills required to be a success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree typically in a technical field such as computer science, information technology, engineering or information systems (essential)
  • IT certifications such as ITIL or prince 2 Foundation (highly desirable)
  • Proven experience designing and engineering line-of-business application environments, remediating outages and developing, refining and documenting processes.
  • Sound experience in technology related systems analysis, software testing and performance analysis mechanics
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server Environment and SQL database and queries
  • Strong capacity to design and implement solutions that interface with and enhance the broader ICT environment
  • Ability to identify solutions, with a resilient attitude that embraces change
  • Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
