Juniper is now looking for customer focused Technology Advocate to join Juniper's new restructured ICT Team. 

As our Technology Advocate you will be responsible to promote and encourage the adoption of new and existing technology, and ensure that Juniper's internal customer technology fleet are working in accordance with industry best practice. You will provide ongoing assistance to all customers in a timely  and effective manner. This multi skilled role requires a broad knowledge of customers' information technology and the ability to facilitate training to ensure technology is used to its full potential.

Critical to your success, will be your strong customer focus coupled with the ability to deliver training in a clear and concise manner. This role would ideally suit a new graduate. 

Key Responsibilities of this role:

  • Develop eLearning materials to be hosted on the internal platform.
  • Identify learning opportunities and needs across the entire customer journey as part of our focus on driving empowerment and education.
  • Evaluate and modify existing training programs and materials to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and share customer experiences, features and better ways of working using the Technology platform through various methods
  • Provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support within various Juniper sites by interacting with, and observing customers directly.

  The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field or its equivalent (desirable)
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
  • Genuine interest in technology adoption and education.
  • Able to diagnose product issues immediately, explaining situations with patience and empathy to customers.
  • Able to deliver digital and non-digital instruction of Adult Learning and training methodologies which promote an overall creative and interactive learning experience.
  • eLearning development or other electronic training development and delivery methods such as recorded desktop with voice over.
  • Able to dive into complex products, learning them inside out to enable all the features available.
  • Demonstrated experience in both business support and customer service roles.
  • Strong written, verbal and facilitation communication skills.
  • Strong focus on continual process improvement.
