We are currently seeking to appoint an energetic professional in the role of Relief Retirement Living Coordinator, working across various locations as required.

This relief position offers one permanent day a week and full time relief as and when required to cover planned and unplanned leave.

This role is responsible for overseeing and administering all site operations including; retirement living unit sales, promoting general wellbeing through resident interaction and overall maintenance of Juniper's independent living units.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Professional management of the Juniper independent living units
  • Responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance particularly in relation to administration of residence contracts, residents rights and obligations and the Retirement Villages Act
  • Manage and support Residents queries, issues and concerns effectively minimizing potential issues through proactive and strong leadership onsite
  • Accurate completion and timely submission of all required internal/external budgetary and financial reporting
  • Liaising in the refurbishing and upgrading of units onsite
  • Working with the General Manager and Sales Consultant in site management of unit advertising and marketing, client enquires and completion of the sales transaction process

 The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Experience in the retirement village or aged care environment (Highly desirable)
  • Experience in asset and property maintenance/management
  • Knowledge of OSH requirements and compliance
  • Well developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Knowledge of legal requirements relating to the Retirement Villages Act (Desirable)
  • Sound financial and budgeting skills
